Olivia Waller founded Simply Social Management with a background in Fashion Business Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology and hands-on experience at large corporations, where she learned what it actually takes to grow a business from the inside.

Since then, we've grown into an agency built specifically for the hospitality industry — hotels, restaurants, and the businesses that define great guest experiences.
